Component Overview

Strong fingers and upper body are required to master the Ledge Hanger. Three challenge levels are indicated by ledge color to work across the wall. E-Pod® steps at each end allow teens and adults of all sizes to reach the ledges. This station can be used independently or combined with other FitCore™ Extreme equipment in a challenge course.
