Human Resouces
WIN QS currently operates from three offices located in three regions of the country, boasting a team of highly experienced and skilled professionals. Our overarching goal is to "Create safe and healthy playgrounds for Vietnamese children."
1. Human Resources and Administration Department
Comprising members with extensive experience in office coordination, recruitment, and company record-keeping, our HR and Administration team follows the motto of "Matching the right people to the right job." From the office to the field, our team members consistently support each other, serving as integral pieces of the larger puzzle that is the efficient and successful operation of Win QS". This department consistently fulfills its role throughout the company's activities.
2. Sales & Marketing, Public Relations Department
Many of our Sales & Marketing team members come to WIN QS from leading business development departments of other large companies. They continuously strive to uphold WIN QS's reputation and credibility with customers and partners, both domestically and internationally. Our department's working philosophy is centered around "Ensuring accurate, timely, and effective consultation and support." This philosophy is a crucial factor in ensuring that Win QS customers have the best quality and most satisfying service experiences.
3. Project Management Department (Design, Engineering, QS)
The Project Management Department consists of a team of advisors who plan and execute the implementation of projects on an annual basis. The department's activities always involve clearly defining resource utilization, implementation progress, completion deadlines, quality objectives, and evaluation criteria for the project's results. "Completing projects swiftly along with customer satisfaction" is the guiding principle for all department activities. Team members within this department work in close cooperation with one another to bring our customers' playground concepts to life.
